Alexandra Delaris Hannah has a consuming passion for details,
presentation and above all, taste. As a Top Chef, Caterer, and
Event Coordinator in southern California for more than 30
years, and now more than 12 years in southern Oregon, she
may just love what she does and how she does it!.
Alexandra has catered hundreds of special events and parties
for private clients, corporations, (including City of Hope,
Duarte, CA, Anheuser Busch, USC and UCLA Universities,
Disney Imagineering, as well as many A-List celebrities and
world class entertainers. She could say, she is certainly not new
to the culinary and hospitality industry.
Joining her at Ashland Gourmet Catering are her daughter,
Laurel Lilli Frazier who will be the operations manager for the
business and her son, Gary R. Frazier, Jr., who will be the
kitchen manager and staging manager for events. Danielle
McKelvey will remain with us and the new operation. She is a
graduate of the Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute.
